New Workout
After purchasing a gym membership, I decided that I need to map out my workouts to achieve my goal. Today I settled in on a workout plan that builds over 16 weeks. It rotates upper body, lower body, and interval training. There are eight sessions, and each session lasts for two weeks. I started the first session today, so I’m hoping that by the end (April 7th), I’ll be in a better shape than what I’m at currently at. I guess the real reason that I am posting this is to publicly state that I’m doing this.
